Alyssa is a Senior Associate at Germano & Cahill, P.C., where she represents individuals, property owners, developers, and businesses in land use, commercial real estate, and transactional matters. Her practice focuses on navigating zoning, site plan, and land development processes, including representing clients before municipal boards.

In addition to her land use practice, Alyssa also represents and advises landlords and tenants in commercial acquisitions, sales, and leasing, including negotiations, dispute resolution, compliance, and eviction proceedings. Additionally, she handles litigation across the firm’s practice areas, offering clients skilled representation in resolving disputes effectively. 

Alyssa also works closely with individuals and families with estate planning to develop customized plans, which include preparing trusts, wills, and advanced directives, as well as guiding executors and beneficiaries through probate and estate administration.

Before joining Germano & Cahill, P.C., Alyssa built a strong foundation in community association law, where she counseled governing boards of condominiums, homeowners associations, and co-ops on governance, contract negotiations, and assessment collections. Her background also includes experience in municipal law, mortgage and lien foreclosure, and estate planning and administration.

Alyssa is admitted to practice law in New York State and is a member of the New York State and Suffolk County Bar Associations. She is also accredited by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, allowing her to provide specialized legal services to veterans.

When not practicing law, Alyssa enjoys spending time with her daughter and watching live music.
